The Project That Started It All

Back in September 2022, I was handling a custom gas fireplace order for a customer in Belleville. It was a straightforward job—a new linear fireplace, gas logs, the works. This solution works for 80% of cases. Here's how to know if you're in the other 20%: if the fireplace is your primary heat source, has a high BTU output, or uses a thin foil board substrate, stick with the manufacturer's approved media list.

Empty promises don't fix a cracked fireplace. Honest limitations prevent the next one.
